Terms of Service

Last updated: July 5, 2026. SquatJudge is reachable at . These terms are the deal between us, written the way we'd want to read them ourselves - short and honest.

What SquatJudge is

SquatJudge analyzes wall-ball and squat videos and tells you, rep by rep, whether your hips dropped below your knees. It's a training tool built by athletes, for athletes.

It is an independent project with no affiliation to HYROX. Our verdicts are computer-vision estimates, not official judging. A judge on race day sees angles, occlusion, and pressure we don't - treat SquatJudge as your hardest training partner, not as a guarantee your reps will count.

Your videos, your responsibility

Only upload videos you have the right to upload, and make sure anyone visible in them is okay with it. Don't upload anything unlawful. We can remove content and close accounts that abuse the service.

Free stuff and credits

Analysis and the in-browser verdict are free. Downloading the HD verdict video costs one credit. Credits are bought in packs through checkout, don't expire, and are tied to your account. They can't be transferred or paid out in cash.

By purchasing credits you agree that we deliver them to your account immediately, which is why credit purchases can't be withdrawn once a credit has been spent on a delivered export. If an export fails because of a problem on our side, that credit comes back to your balance. If it doesn't, email us and we'll fix it.

Fair play

Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, and don't circumvent the paid export. We keep light rate limits so one script can't ruin things for everyone actually training.

What we can't promise

The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect verdicts. Depth analysis is informational - it is not medical or coaching advice, and you train at your own risk.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability where the law says it can't be limited.

Changes and goodbye

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date at the top always tells you the current version. You can stop using SquatJudge and delete your account anytime.
